A 15-minute film about a rude newspaper boy taunting a friendly old man, only to find out the old man is an alien who has been assuming his human shell for 70 years and is ready for a new "shell" - the boy. Logan's Run music and a lot of Fred Steiner worked great for this one - especially the spiffy editing sequence where the consciousnesses are transformed from one body to the next.
Since I had no special effects and only Super-8 film, I had to achieve the transformation through editing and music alone. With those tiny splices it was hard. The entire 15 minute film had a vertical line motif indicated a jailed or trapped theme. A couple references are in this scene.
